HOW TO RETURN
Upon delivery or arrival of the items to you, we strongly advise, expect and require customers or its representative to carefully inspect the items for any damages, factory defects or significant inconsistencies as to the products purchased.
We offer FREE assemble to provide you the utmost care to your new purchased item as well validate should there be any faulty or defective parts. Should you have note faulty or defective parts, or that the items bought are not seen to be that of what is shown on the website, then we can offer you FULL MONETARY REFUND, or your MONEY BACK GUARANTEED within 48 hours upon item delivery.
To have the product purchased at balzano.ph repaired/replaced, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within (48) hours upon delivery of item. No monetary refunds shall be given.
Customer must specify his name, order number and a brief explanation as for the reason for return. The customer is responsible for the shipping back costs. No returns will be accepted without balzano.ph’s prior confirmation via email for the acceptance of the return.
Please understand that we will decline reasons like:
“I am in a hurry and did not fully check the items.”
“Your crew was in a hurry and did not ask us to inspect the items.”
“I was not around or the person who received the items is not authorized when the delivery arrived.”
Defective items must be returned within (3) three business days from the date of delivery and should be in its original condition.
We ask that you send us a photograph of the defect/damage at email@example.com so we can see the extent of the damage and do appropriate actions.
All items for return or replacement must be inspected by our staff for verification.
Damage incurred due to misuse of the item are not covered by our warranty/returns policy.
Warranty does not cover wear and tear.
Change of mind regarding the purchase made does not entitle the customer for refund or exchange of items under Republic Act 7394.
